City Hall Tel Aviv - Jaffa is home to the city of Tel Aviv - Jaffa in Rabin Square. The square is a focal point for events, rallies, demonstrations, festivals and celebrations. In 1995 Late Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin was murdered at the square, after completing his famous speech asserting support the peace process. Following the murder, the square was renamed to Rabin Square.
