12 year old orphan Bethalehem Bikis at her small hut with her uncle, Shuangzo, 29, and a relative. They are her only family. Since her mother died, when she was 2 years old, Bethalehem was raised by Shuangzo. They share the small hut. Bethalehem flown to Israel for an open heart surgery with Betty, as part of the group that was arranged by 'Save A Child's Heart'.
